Event Quests for the Week of April 22nd: The Festival of Accord

On the week of April 22nd, the Festival of Accord is active in Monster Hunter Wilds, and with it comes a huge collection of old and new event quests. The Festival of Accord is the first of many seasonal festivals that will happen in Monster Hunter Wilds. It lasts for two weeks, and along with the collection of event quests also features a cosmetic makeover to The Grand Hub. If you want to be able to attempt every event quest, you must be at least Hunter Rank 31.

That Won't Work on Me!

In this event quest, you must hunt a Tempered Xu Wu in the Ruins of Wyveria. In addition to the usual rewards, you'll receive materials that can be used to craft the Sealed Eyepatch α and a new outfit for Alma. The skills on the armor are nothing special, but it is fun as a piece of layered armor. You must have completed the side quest that allows you to customize Alma's outfit in order to equip her new cosmetic. You must be Hunter Rank 31 or higher to attempt this quest. It runs from April 22nd to May 6th

Gravios Blockade

To complete this event quest, you must hunt a Tempered Gravios in the Wounded Hollow. In addition to the normal rewards, you also receive a variety of additional cooking ingredients. This seems to be the first way to farm multiple locations ingredients in a single quest, so it could be useful for general farming. You must be Hunter Rank 31 or higher in order to attempt this quest. It runs from April 22nd to May 6th.

Daughters of Carabosse

In this event quest, you must hunt a pair of Lala Barina in the Wounded Hollow. In addition to the usual rewards, you will receive materials that can be used to craft the Blossom Alpha armor set and the Butterfly Alpha Palico Armor. The Blossom Alpha set is composed of the Blossom Headgear α, the Blossom Vest α, the Blossom Cuffs α, the Blossom Coat α, and the Blossom Boots α. You must be Hunter Rank 16 or higher to attempt this quest. It runs from April 22nd to May 6th.

Chemical Nocturnus

In this quest you must hunt a Low Rank Rompopolo in the Oilwell Basin. Along with the usual rewards, you receive Firestone and other similar materials that you can use in crafting. It is not clear whether or not you can get high rank materials from this quest. You must be Hunter Rank 3 or higher to attempt this quest. It runs from April 22nd to May 6th.

Careening Out of Control

In "Careening out of Control", you hunt a Low Rank Balahara in the Windward Plains. In return, you receive Armor Spheres and Armor Sphere +'s along with the usual hunt rewards. If you are struggling to complete the story, this could be a good way to quickly farm up some extra defenses. You must be Hunter Rank 2 or higher to attempt this quest. It runs from April 22nd to May 6th.

Returning Quests

In addition to the new Event Quests, a significant number of the prior event quests are running again during the Festival of Accord. This is a great chance to get any rewards you may have missed out on the first time around or farm some resources. All of these quests run from April 22nd to May 6th.

• King of a Faraway Sky: Hunt a Tempered Guardian Rathalos in return for Artian weapon materials.
• Tongue Tied: Hunt a Tempered Chatacabra in return for Hard and Advanced Armor Spheres
• Ballet in the Rain: Hunt a Tempered Lala Barina in return for weapon decorations
• Sand-Scarred Soul: Hunt a Doshaguma in return for armor decorations
• Anguish and Atrocity: Hunt a Guardian Doshaguma in return for extra Hunter Rank points
• Kut-Ku gone Cuckoo: Hunt a Yian Kut-Ku in return for materials to craft the Mimiphyta α
• Like a Fire Hidden by Sand: Hunt a Rathian in return for materials to craft the Expedition Headgear α
