Island Token Acquisition

The Shangra Island Token is acquired by amassing 5,600 Firm Peach to buy Thousand-year-old Tree Bud. Once you acquire Thousand-year-old Tree Bud, you go inside the tree pictured below and use the item to obtain Shangra Island Token.

Doing the repeatable quests once per day nets you around 120 Firm Peachs. So you will need around 47 days to get Thousand-year-old Tree Bud if you're just doing the bare minimum. There is a repeatable cooperative quest that requires you to play Song of Spring and then destroy a large golden peach to receive around ~50 more Firm Peachs.

If you're looking to farm Firm Peachs, people usually do it in groups of 3 or 4. Destroying the Peach Blossoms as depicted in image 2 can drop Firm Peachs for everyone in the party. Each party member covers the areas circled below and they destroy all peaches in their area as depicted in image 2 below. Members rotate periodically to pick up the peaches that were dropped in other areas.

Image 3 shows plants with which you can play Song of Spring to get Shangra Flower Dew.
