Gridskipper returns from Season of the Splicer, now with a powerful Origin Trait. Get it by using Enriching Tonics and completing Revenant's Episodic Activities.
Gridskipper has always been a spammy Pulse Rifle and the new Origin Trait plays into that, now this Weapon's God Roll shoots fast, feels fast, reloads fast, recharges your grenade fast, and kills things fast.

Demolitionist is the best overall option for your first Perk, why say no to more Grenade Energy? Pair it with Multikill Clip which synergizes with the Origin Trait to have a high damage and high utility daily-driver Primary Ammo Weapon.
Rapid-Fire Frame Pulse Rifles normally have poor Reload and Handling, so it's a good idea to use the Barrel, Magazine, and Masterwork to improve them. Splicer Surge does a lot of heavy lifting in this area - this specific combination maxes out your Reload stat!
Comparable Weapons
Claws of the Wolf from Iron Banner is the same Element and Frame as Scavenger's Fate, though it has a completely different set of Perks. We recommend the classic Perk combination of Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds for it.
Corrasion, Episode Echoes' Two Burst Pulse Rifle, is similarly spammy in an electric fashion with its roll of Air Trigger and Voltshot. Get a kill, hop, and reload REALLY quickly to proc an easy Jolt.
