Rage of Harrogath is a Barbarian Unique Chest. This item has a tremendous ability to reduce the cooldowns of your shouts, which plague all Barbarians by taking up half of our Skill bar. Stacking up Lucky Hit to proc this chest can lead to nearly infinite up time of your Shouts. This is often used with Rupture to achieve almost infinite resets when playing Rend/Rupture Barbarian.
Like all Unique items they provide a powerful effect that can't be found on any other item. These effects can't be moved around like Legendary Aspects resulting in limited flexibility when incorporating them into your build.
