Penitent Greaves are Unique Boots that can be used by all classes. Like all Unique items they provide a powerful effect that can't be found on any other item. These effects can't be moved around like Legendary Aspects resulting in limited flexibility when incorporating them into your build.

Many Unique items change the way skills and builds work in significant ways.
- Leaves behind a trail of Chilling ground that lasts 3 seconds
- Enemies within the trail are Chilled for 10% per second.
- The Chill lasts for three seconds. This prevents Aspect of the Umbral from triggering again on the same target for that duration.
- The Damage to Chilled Enemies is multiplicative with other sources.
