- Cheer at the training militia - Enter the house in which the militia is training.
- Open the Emote-wheel (Default hotkey "E").
- Find "Cheer" on the left of the three wheels and use it.
- Speak with Guard Boza - Interact with Guard Boza to finish the Quest.
