Yshari Sanctum has a linear layout but, to put it simply, is far too large to recommend for speed farming. The mob types are ideal, but the first zone contains and a kill all objective and you can spend a long time searching for Emerus in the massive second zone. Clear it once to collect Renown and the Needleflare Offensive Aspect for all classes, a key legendary aspect for all Thorns builds.
