Fallen Temple is the gateway to the far reaches of the Endgame in Diablo 4, and your path to the final level 100 boss challenge. Completing this capstone dungeon is required to unlock World Tier 4, Torment, and the best loot in the game that lies therein. Until now, most enemies in the world have scaled to your level, but not these foes -- they are bound to level 70, no more, no less.
Debuffs in the Temple
During each Trial, you will face a debuff that can be easy to miss. These are dangerous debuffs, especially for hardcore! Make sure you keep an eye on your debuff bar.
- Curse of the Indolent: Every 5 seconds, Curse of the Indolent increases the duration of Crowd Control effects on you by 1%, stacking up to 50 times. Every time you kill an enemy, the stack is reduced by 1.
- Curse of the Weak: Every 5 seconds, Curse of the Weak increases the damage you take from enemies by 1%, stacking up to 50 times. Every time you kill an enemy, the stack is reduced by 1.
Hardcore: A wise strategy is to outlevel this dungeon because the enemies do not scale beyond level 70. The Animus Carriers and the boss here can be extremely challenging. Make sure you prepare survivability and pack a boss specific build and don't forget an elixir too for extra tankiness.

Dungeon Map
While every dungeon has a somewhat randomized layout, there are patterns to where objectives and bosses are located. This map will help you identify those layouts so you can complete dungeons faster and maximize your XP and loot per hour!
Unlocking the Dungeon
This dungeon is not accessible until you complete the campaign. This unlocks the Capstone Dungeon on Nightmare, World Tier 3 difficulty. This can be done solo, but goes by quicker with a group of friends.
The Capstone Dungeon will not be visible to you on other World Tiers. It is only available on Nightmare, World Tier 3. Travel to the Inarius statue in the center of Kyovashad to change your difficulty.
