Derelict Lodge is a long and annoying dungeon due to Search the Slain Villagers objective. Still, it contains the powerful Utility Aspect of Explosive Verve and can offer some good Renown for first completion. We don't recommend doing it more than once, so finish this one and move on to greener pastures.
