Frozen Canvas Season Information

Unfurl a cold, snowy canvas and apply vibrant paints to bring color to the pure white landscape. As various colors blend on the pristine canvas, life springs forth from your brush. Each stroke creates a new world until, at last, you become the Snowy Silhouette—an artist within the frozen world you've crafted.

Seasonal Mechanic: Frozen Canvas

Gather Snowpaper Fragments in the Netherrealm to unfold a mystical painting. Once your painting is complete, step into The Frozen Canvas, where your applied colors become a living landscape. Battle enemies within this world and earn Splendor Eggs of various colors. The higher the paint’s level, the better your rewards.

Master the Art of Color Mixing

Each painting contains magical Coloring Paints that are enhanced by following Color Mixing Objectives. As you place paint in specific areas, you unlock new paint colors and effects. Complete the objectives to finish your masterpiece.

Create Your Winter Masterpiece

Collect Colored Snow from within The Frozen Canvas to improve your painting skills. Speed up your collection of Snowpaper and paints, unlock new brushstrokes, and add hidden monsters or treasure chests to enhance your Frozen Canvas.

Supreme Showdown

The Supreme Showdown introduces 20 high difficulty boss challenges with brand new map mechanics. To succeed, master the balance between damage output and survival. Conquer all the challenges to earn a past Legendary Season Pactspirit of your choice, including Heart-Binding Rose, Monument Knight, Shepherd, or Mistville Orphan.

Daily Boss Conquest: Face Aureate Calamity - Ordrak

The Frozen Canvas introduces the Daily Boss Conquest. Face and defeat Aureate Calamity - Ordrak to get daily rewards and unlock milestone rewards based on your challenge tier. Test your skills and reap the benefits every day! The more damage you do the harder the encounter and the better your rewards.

New Hero Trait - Tide Whisperer Selena

"Oh, surging tide, sing with me!"  

Selena is a versatile new hero, shifting between two powerful forms to adapt to any battle:  

• Bard Mode: In this mode, Selena wraps her skills in foam, which bursts upon contact with enemies, automatically triggering the skill. She can also summon tides, increasing damage and allowing her to ignore enemy collisions.  

• Loud Song Mode: In this form, Selena sacrifices movement, attack, and cast speed to gain a significant damage boost, perfect for unleashing devastating offense.

Unleash New Power: Introducing Inspiration Essence

The new season introduces a range of exclusive support skills designed for the majority of active skills. Hunters can now equip these exclusive support skills in slots 3 and 5 of the skill support slots. These enhancements not only boost skill damage but also alter skill forms, creating unexpected and extraordinary effects that significantly enrich the combat experience.

Exclusive support skills aren't acquired through traditional means or combat experience. Instead, they require the consumption of the rare material Inspiration Essence and leveling up with skills of the same name. Hunters can obtain exclusive support skills and Inspiration Essence through The Frozen Canvas gameplay, enabling the construction of more robust, diverse, and imaginative builds.

Support Skills Overview

Split Shot: Rapid Advance

• Supported skill becomes a channeled skill, continuously firing projectiles at enemies within a certain range while channeling, with the number of projectiles fired being equal to the skill's Projectile Quantity.
• Maximum of 5 Channeled Stacks.

Groundshaker: Wrathful Vault

• The skill now transforms into a leap, creating a fissure upon landing.
• When the supported skill does not consume Demolisher Charge, gain an additional +150% Attack Speed.
• If no enemies are within 8 meters, the supported skill cannot consume Demolisher Charge.

Whirlwind: Whirling Blade

• This skill now has the Projectile Tag, and the quantity of Wind Blades is not affected by Projectile Quantity Bonus.

Ring of Blades: Strength in Numbers

• When you cast this skill, it creates a Ring of Blades around you and your Minions.
• The number of Projectiles generated for Minions is only one-third.

Netherrealm Adjustments

Confusion Card Optimization

Confusion Cards have been revamped to activate every level and last for four levels, ensuring a more dynamic combat experience and fluctuating drops.

All Confusion Cards have been redesigned for better balance and excitement. Gameplay-related Confusion Cards are now unlocked through existing Void Chart nodes to prevent unwanted cards from cluttering your Netherrealm as much.

The values of Confusion Cards scale with Timemarks, offering higher values at higher Timemarks.

Timemark Simplification

The Timemark system has been streamlined by removing Timemarks 8-3 and 8-4, and introducing Profound Timemark 8 and Deep Space. These new levels offer challenging encounters and rich rewards, elevating the endgame experience for Hunters.

Better Survivability Challenge

The threats posed by melee monsters and their affixes has been amplified, while also reducing monster skills that negatively impact the player's experience. Additionally, we've removed affixes that clutter the screen such as guardian apparitions, ensuring a clearer and more enjoyable gameplay experience.

Full Crafting Rework

With the Frozen Canvas Season, Legendary Gear crafting has been removed, Prototype crafting has been removed and the process for crafting non-Legendary gear has been significantly revamped. Priceless gear now drops with random base affixes that highly affect the value of the gear. The level of gear affects how many modifiers are possible on the item.

Prototype Crafting

The prototype crafting feature has been removed, making the crafting process more stable and controllable based on your input. This change allows for deterministic crafting.

Targeted Processing

Choose an affix pool from three different embers, then add or replace an affix. Higher level affix pools require more embers and crafting materials. Ultimate embers can only be used on Priceless Gear.

Holy Fossil

A new Precious item that can upgrade and T1 affix in your gear to T0.

T0+ Affixes

Corrosion has a chance to turn T0 affixes in your gear into powerful T0+ affixes

Corrosion Adjustments

When corrosion does not result in an Arrogant or Desecration effect, the gear is no longer tradeable. Corrosion is now available on non-Legendary gear using a new currency from Clockwork Ballet.

Auto Craft

You can use the new Auto Craft feature to apply consume crafting materials in an attempt to hit affixes of your desired tier.

Simplified Hero Traits

Hero Traits have all been completely redesigned to make them more straightforward and easier to understand. Now, each hero has a base trait and three additional traits that unlock as you level up. This change significantly reduces complexity, allowing you to focus on gameplay and strategy.

Hero Relic and Hero Memories Rework

Hero Relics have been entirely removed and Hero Memories have been reworked to better align with player expectations. The new Hero Memories system features Trait Levels that activate Hero Traits and provide increases to the stats provided by Hero Memories. Complex and hard to understand mechanisms have been removed from Hero Memories, making it easier to maximize your Hero's potential.

Leveling up Hero Memories

Use Hero Memory fragments to level up the base power of your Hero Memories, at certain item and upgrade levels the Memories gain additional affixes.

Quality of Life Adjustments

The Torchlight Infinite Frozen Canvas seasonal reveal also includes numerous quality of life updates detailed below.

Path of Progression Overhaul

The all-new Path of Progression plays a vital role in a Hunter's growth, offering detailed and comprehensive goals along with extremely generous rewards that reset every season. This revamped system ensures a more rewarding and structured journey as you advance through the game, making each step of your progression more impactful and satisfying.

Free Hero Usage

This season, the Hero Gathering event allows use of all Heroes for free except for the newest addition Selena which requires the Battle Pass. Now is your chance to dive in and explore the full roster without limitations!

Void Chart Enhancements

There are updates to numerous nodes on the Void Chart to better reflect the current state of the game.

Trade House Optimization

The Trade House now includes search history and on-click deletion of transaction history. This includes optimizations for the PC Interface to enable faster and more convenient searches.

Aeterna Level Rushing Optimization

Completing the City of Aeterna now unlocks 10 new levels instead of 5, accelerating your progress into the higher levels.

Reflection Feature Added

Hunters can now list items as reflection products with a set handling fee. Buyers can obtain a copy of the reflected item by paying the handling fee and one Twin Reflection.
