This Wisdom of the Gods Thea Ring of Ice endgame build guide covers everything you need to know about a powerful build with a unique playstyle. With Blade-dancer's Steps you rapidly blink around while exploding the entire screen with Ring of Ice, even through walls! This build excels at clearing maps quickly, but the 2-button playstyle takes getting used to on bosses.
During Season 1, Exquisite Box gave 128% Additional Cooldown Recovery Speed and -32% Additional Triggered Skill Damage. In the Blacksail Season Exquisite Box has 48% additional Cooldown Recovery Speed which means you need to pay closer attention to the cooldown of Divine Punishment. The change from 0.5s to 0.75s Cooldown on the triggered skills won't matter because these are used for utility, not damage and the change to -16% Additional Triggered Skill Damage is a buff. Overall the build is stronger in Blacksail than it was during Dark Surge.
This build is NOT beginner friendly as it relies on Corrosion only Aember modifiers and rare Legendary items to function. A good understanding of Auras, Triggers, and Energy Shield is advisable before playing this build.
Thea Ring of Ice Trigger is one of the most satisfying builds I've played so far. The build leverages Exquisite Box to lower the cooldown of Divine Punishment, stacks Focus Blessings to deal Double and Quadruple Damage, and abuses Embrace of Eternal Sleep for massive Energy Shield Recovery via Corroded Energy Shield. This build is fast, and while not specifically designed for boss killing it gets by just fine for things like Traveler. It can be a little tricky to put together, but once you have all the needed items it's a breeze to play.
