The Call has come out as the best weapon from the Pale Heart by a couple miles for its unique frame and incredible perk pool. First off the Rocket-Assisted Frame has become a staple for many builds for it's power and ability to carry double special setups. Perk combinations of Slice and Hatchling or Demolitionist and Adrenaline Junkie give this weapon versatility that many weapons just don't have.

- High damage on any PvE enemy.

This roll is potent for it's ability to tap into multiple Strand debuffs that can help any build. First off Slice is there to help activate Sever on targets ensuring they will be doing less damage. Also Hatchling is great for adding more damage onto targets thanks to Threadling. Again I can't emphasize enough how great these are for builds especially Prismatic that relies on a balance of light and darkness damage.

This roll is for those looking to use this weapon as a primary and generate a lot of energy. First off Demolitionist has always been ideal for generating grenade energy and having a solid flow of combat. Combine that with Adrenaline Junkie that increases The Calls damage for grenade and weapon final blows you have a potent Sidearm.
Comparable Weapons
Aberrant Action is another glorious Rocket Sidearm that many players have circulating in their builds. Introduced in Episode 1: Echos this Sidearm is incredibly strong for it's perk pool and explosive frame. The perk combination of Heal Clip and Incandescent is incredibly strong for it's ability to heal the players while also taking out large groups of enemies.
Indebted Kindness is another great option for those looking to use a Rocket Sidearm that takes out large groups. The perk Voltshot has proven to be a phenomenal option for its ability to apply Jolted to many targets. Also Lead from Gold being available ensures this weapon will have a good amount of ammo to use duel special weapons.
Summary
The Call has proven to be a top tier option for those looking to use a Rocket Sidearm in their build. Allowing for a large amount of explosive ammo, this weapon is perfect for those looking to use two special weapons. Doesn't matter if you use the darkness debuff combination of Slice and Hatchling or grenade focused option of Demolitionist and Adrenaline Junkie this weapon will get the job done.
