Liturgy is a Stasis Special Grenade Launcher introduced in Episode: Revenant, Act 1, and can be obtained through Seasonal Activities or Revenant Engrams. Liturgy is fairly unique as it's a Double Fire Frame Grenade Launcher and these deal more damage than their Lightweight counterparts.

The Liturgy God Roll leans into the increased damage of the Double Fire Frame. Volatile Launch provides a bit of Blast Radius to hit multiple targets, while Spike Grenades boosts your damage done with direct hits. Because Liturgy only has one bullet in the magazine, picking up Slideways in the third column is a must. Finally, for the fourth column, Chill Clip provides excellent utility by Slowing enemies.
Another sought after perk for Prismatic builds that generate Stasis Crystals or Freeze targets is Rimestealer. This allows you to gain Frost Armor by destroying a Stasis crystal or Frozen target with Liturgy. If you go this route, make sure to enhance this perk as you'll gain two stacks of Frost Armor per Shatter instead of one.

A great alternative God Roll for Liturgy is to swap out Spike Grenades with Disorienting Grenades. This perk is extremely helpful in difficult endgame activities like Grandmaster Nightfalls and Master Raids. Because this perk dramatically lowers Blast Radius, swap to Quick Launch and lean into high Velocity and direct hits.
Comparable Weapons
Lingering Dread is the closest comparable Stasis Special Grenade Launcher to Liturgy, but much harder to acquire and a bit worse with Auto-Loading Holster. Lingering Dread is only available from the Duality Dungeon.

Another Double-Fire Grenade Launcher is Wild Style (Adept). This Solar GL is acquired from the Vanguard Nightfall Playlist and can also roll with Disorienting Grenades. Look for Reconstruction to refill your magazine and any of the damage dealing perks in the fourth column.
