Quest Information

Quest Map and Quest Objectives

1. Pick up the Druid Wardstones.
2. Place the Wardstones.
3. Speak to Phelan.
4. Travel to the Unhallowed Pits.
5. Complete the following tasks:
   • Slay Blood Clan Khazra to draw out Blackhorn.
   • Slay Blackhorn and acquire his head.
6. Return to Phelan.

Quest Rundown

1. Pick up the Druid Wardstones - Pick up the Wardstones next to Phelan.
2. Place the Wardstones - Travel just Southeast to the farm. In the center of the three marked areas, there is a Wardstone Location. Click on each one to place a Wardstone.
3. Speak to Phelan - Return and speak to Phelan.
4. Travel to the Unhallowed Pits - Travel South to the marked area.
5. Complete the following tasks:
   • Slay Blood Clan Khazra to draw out Blackhorn - Kill Goatmen on the trails until the progression bar on the right is full. Once done, Blackhorn spawns.
   • Slay Blackhorn and acquire his head - Look on your minimap for the small red dot to know where the Blackhorn spawned. Seek him out and kill him. He is an Elite, so be careful. Afterward, pick up the Head of Blackhorn.
6. Return to Phelan - Return and speak to Phelan. This completes the Fields of Ruin Side Quest.
