Mariner's Refuge fast dungeon with the Sorcerer's Overcharged Offensive Aspect. Since the completion time is fast, you can reliable farm this for XP or Nightmare Dungeon Sigil XP. However, the layout requires some backtracking, and the monster families leave much to be desired.
