Blizzard has revealed the schedule for Blizzcon, and it’s looking to be a good year for Diablo.
After the opening ceremony at 5:00 PM EST on Friday, February 19th, a panel tilted “Diablo: What’s Next” will begin at 6:10 PM, in which members of the Diablo development team will discuss the latest content coming to Sanctuary. Then, after a short panel featuring the voice actor of Deckard Cain, a Developer Roundtable will begin at 7:00 PM, during which the development team will discuss “recent learnings and more.” Lastly, after a brief panel covering artist Brom’s contributions to the Diablo franchise, the night will conclude with a Diablo Deep Dive panel, which involves a deeper look into the night’s revelations.
Saturday’s first Diablo panel is a one hour Q&A with the dev team that begins at 3:00 PM, and thereafter will be a 2.5 hour live art demonstration for a Diablo 3 monster. On the main Blizzard channel during this same art demo, Critical Role will host a Diablo-themed tabletop RPG campaign.
