Maxroll's Mastery Tier List ranks the overall Class Mastery power relative to each other. The mightiest Masteries stand in S Tier and are expected to outperform others. When making this list we took into account the Best builds each Mastery has, the variety of builds currently available to each Mastery as well as the number of high tier builds that they have.
