Solo Tier List

Maxroll's Solo Tier List ranks every build in Diablo 3 for Season 31 and Non-Season as well. With the return of Forbidden Archives in Season 31, the power level drastically dropped because Soul Shards were extremely strong for every class and Forbidden Archives allows Necromancers to add one or more Legendary Weapon Powers into their build which means they're significantly ahead every other build. The general balance still allows many builds to clear the highest difficulty in the game, Greater Rift Level 150. The mightiest stand in S Tier and are expected to outperform all others. We consider many factors when placing the builds, including but not limited to: Overall Power, Seasonal Theme Synergy, Fishing Requirements and Survivability.
